Delete Your Camika Account

This page lets you permanently delete your Camika account. Please read the details below carefully — some of this cannot be undone.

What will be deleted

Once the 30-day grace period ends, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:

• Your profile: username, nickname, avatar, email linkage
• All generated images, videos, and tasks you created
• Your projects, publications, and templates
• Session history and referral records
• Any remaining credit balance (forfeited at deletion — see below)

What we keep (anonymised)

Japanese tax law (Act on Book and Record Keeping) requires us to retain transaction records for 7 years. After deletion, we keep only:

• Anonymised transaction records (no name, no email, no avatar — just the amount and date)

These records cannot be linked back to you personally.

30-day grace period

After you confirm deletion, your account enters a 30-day "soft-delete" state. During this window:

• You cannot log in to Camika
• Your public publications are hidden
• You may contact support@camika.ai to request cancellation of the deletion

After 30 days, the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

How to delete

To protect your account, deletion requires two things: logging in with your password, and verifying your email with a one-time code.
